Either way, there are a few perks: 1. Clean, public bathrooms 2. Beauty section: try the olive oil face cream because we ARE in the honey and olive oil capital of Spain 3. Hot food and sandwiches 4. Our Tour Bus stopped here for lunch and it was a good rest stop, with lots of tables and free loos plus also a small toruisty shop. A lot of folks on the bus didnt enjoy their food, but I feel I really lucked out with my food choices, as apart from the Gazpacho, I chose not to get anything from the buffet menu, but instead ordered a rice with baby octopus dish which when it was came was super delicious! I also got a chocolate cake, but this was fairly dry and not that great, so would suggest avoiding it. The shop attached to the restaurant has some lovely silk scarves, based of the Alhambra designs and I succumbed and purchased that as well as some local honey. I understand that this is a truck stop and we had to stop here because our tour bus driver by law must have a 30 minute break for every two hours behind the wheel. This place is just plain dirty and nasty. Dirty tables, lots of flies (dead and alive), and the restrooms were of course dirty. If you have to stop here only eat what is pre-packaged before it arrived here. read more
