I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Engineer Majed. His behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
The job was booked to service both the boiler and the gas fireplace, but he only carried out the boiler service and was unable to complete the full job. Despite this, he demanded full payment even though only half the work was done.
When I questioned this and attempted to contact the company for clarification, his behavior escalated badly. He became loud, aggressive, and started shouting for money in front of my young children, who were visibly frightened. This was shocking and completely inappropriate.
After eventually reaching the company, I did pay the amount requested, but the entire experience left my family distressed and shaken. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in their own home.
I strongly urge the company to take this feedback seriously. Engineers displaying such behavior can seriously damage the reputation of the entire business. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope steps are taken to ensure no other family goes through the same ordeal. read more
