We both adore them. Her next class she was in with Carmen and Makayla and unfortunately it was only for a few months because my daughter adored these teachers as well. Especially Carmen! In the mornings, my daughter would go straight to Carmen and turn around and waive me. Goodbye. Although that made me sad it also made me so happy knowing she loved being at school. These teachers were so interactive with their kids and really had fun with them. We just moved up to our third room and I can't review yet on those teachers but I have no doubts I'd give them 5 stars too. I will admit when we joined earlier this year the place was a bit chaos, but since they've gotten a new Director and it has been an entirely different experience. Kiddie Academy was one of our top choices when we got on 4 waitlists in October 2022 (8 months in advance of our daughter's due date). We ended up needing to move up our start date by 3 weeks due to our daughter's early arrival. All of our waitlist placements fell through and we were in a total panic. Erica at Kiddie Academy got us in when we called in June 2023, and we are so happy with the care provided for our baby. Lynda and Iman are amazing with all of the infants. They are absolutely wonderful caregivers and we could not be happier with them. I trust them when I drop off my now 4 month old. I can peek into the classroom using the webcam service and if the teachers aren't feeding or changing an infant, and the infant isn't napping, they are playing or cuddling with each one! I second the other reviewer who states the new administrators are doing a great job. I know staffing/turnover is an issue across the industry and I hope Kiddie Academy can do whatever it takes to retain their caregivers.

The first happened on Wednesday, when we were told she had a diaper blowout. But unlike every previous time, her clothes weren't bagged and sent home -- they were laundered at the daycare and returned to us days later, still stained. That alone didn't follow their usual process and immediately raised red flags. Then on Thursday, we discovered our daughter's clothing had been removed while she was in the nap room -- the only area in the building without camera coverage. She would have been asleep, and there was no valid reason for her clothes to be taken off. What makes this even more disturbing is that our concerns are verifiable: we compared the photos the teachers uploaded in the parent portal. In the morning, her button-up shirt was on the correct way. By evening, it was reversed. Yet the explanation we received was that our 20-month-old somehow changed her own clothes during nap time, or we dressed her the wrong way and they didn't correct it. That response is not only dismissive -- it's unreasonable. We met with Shannon twice, and both times she showed no empathy. When we asked how she would feel in our position, she said she "couldn't put herself in our shoes." There's been no transparency, no accountability, and no apology -- just deflection and blame. We're left with unanswered questions and a deep sense of betrayal for ever placing our trust here.

Primrose is exceptional even in the "high end" daycare space. I think the difference is that they treat the employees and 'customers' like family. Our son has the same teacher as our daughter did. That's right-their employee retention is so good that there are the same teachers after 5 years. Amazing for an industry known for turn over. My son barely talks, but tells me everyday Ana (his teacher) is his best friend. Lastly I will add that when we experienced a family tragedy in 2017, I will never forget the kindness and compassion the entire staff at Primrose showed.
