I'd avoid this company unless it's your last resort. They…read moreshowed up 45 minuets late and when I received the bill the next month they charged me for the time that they weren't there for. Also the price information they gave me and the billed rates were different. They sent me the wrong prices by mistake apparently. They also don't tell you that they charge for travel time, until after the fact. It's been a hassle trying to get this corrected and I'm still waiting for my amended bill. Not worth the headache.

Mohammed, the Manager/Owner dealt with bad faith throughout the process as he knew they couldn't deliver the service agreed before start moving and never informed us, causing us damage (which he made sure he to make fun of, at the end of his last email). Instead of sending the required/agreed amount of trucks, or delivering the service + compensating for the time loss, he was rude both at phone and email, and luring us that they could deliver the service with 1/4 of the resources promised/agreed. Moving was not delivered. Do not trust this company or this man.

WARNING: Misleading pricing and hidden costs. The price doubled!…read more Review: I strongly warn against using this company for move-out cleaning. We received a quote for our 75m² (approx. 800 sq ft) apartment for 3960 NOK (+VAT), but ended up with a shocking bill for over 9000 NOK. Potential customers should be aware of the following: - The "Extra Dirty" Surcharge: I was contacted by the company claiming the apartment was "extra dirty" and would cost more. Even though we disagreed with this (we had pre-cleaned ourselves), we were put in an impossible situation. With the property handover just a few days away, we had no option to cancel and find another company. We therefore had to accept the surcharge. - Misleading Terms for Cabinets: The quote states that "cleaning of cabinets" is included, and that a surcharge may apply for "many cabinets." The company's definition of this is that only a single cabinet is included in the price. All other cabinet cleaning is billed at a high hourly rate (550 NOK/person on-site) that was never mentioned in the original quote. At best, this is an unreasonable interpretation; at worst, it's intentionally misleading. No one could reasonably expect that a move-out cleaning for an entire apartment would only include one cabinet. - Lack of Predictability: The entire experience felt like the original price was just bait-and-switch. The real costs emerged during the process in a way that made it impossible for me as a customer to back out. Even though the job itself was well done, the prevailing feeling is one of being deceived and pressured. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to their unpredictable and non-transparent pricing model. Be sure to get ALL possible surcharges specified and confirmed in writing before you enter into an agreement. The only reason I am not giving one star is that we also used their moving services. The two men who helped were efficient and professional, and the payment for the moving part was as agreed upon in advance.
