Not the associate's fault though. The fact that the Dollar General now has a decent app really helps with figuring out prices when merchandise is out of place isn't too hard. The store is decently large and tends to be well-stocked. Also, things are, of-course, cheaper than a lot of other stores. The last time I was in, they had dubai chocolate for sale by the register. It was such a nice surprise and very inexpensive! It wasn't the fanciest, but was so great for the price. The staff is professional, but always seems overworked and a little tired. Dollar General is well known for underpaying their workers, so that checks out. Overall, this Dollar General is okay as far as this chain goes.

Cashier welcome us as we walked in. We came here for a few health items, snacks and candy for our Sunday at home. We were able to find everything we came for and check out was fast and easy. Cashier was super nice also. The aisles were not crowded at and easy to get around the store. Lots of parking Infront and the side of the store. Prices are even cheaper then Dollar tree as you see some candy were 1.00!!

Annette and Lynette were so very accommodating in the pro services area of helping me to get my product scheduled and loaded. There was also Tiffany who helped in many different areas. She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. The employees that unloaded the items were as if they were doing me a favor. I will go to Goodwill from now on, when I donate to them, they are at least happy to have the donation and don't make me feel as if I'm an irritation or bother to them.

Please, please - before you sign ANYTHING with this company, make sure you know exactly what you are getting. Make them show you the items, take pictures, record their answers. No one at Mattress Warehouse would help us and they all conspired to tell a story that was not true. The bases were switched from the one I was shown and had explained to me to another base. After contacting the store and the regional manager, they all had a story lined up to cover their mistake. I have recently had surgery and I needed to get a new mattress with a lower base. I didn't really care to get another adjustable base but was told that it was free and it could be height adjusted. We made it clear to the salesperson - multiple times - that we needed a lower base than they were showing us. No problem, she said. It can be adjusted using the segments on the legs. As a matter of fact, when the delivery people bring it out, they will happily adjust the legs for us. We were shown how it could be adjusted and were shown the wireless remote. We were never told that the base we were shown was not going to be the one we received. When the bed came, the base was not what we had expected. It was way too high for me to be able to get into. So, now I have a $3600 bed that is basically useless to me until I can find a base that works for us. After speaking with the district manager - Suze Cane - I was told that I had refused the base that we had been shown at the time of purchase. This is far from the truth. I would never have approved the purchase of something I couldn't even use. I would, however, have paid extra for something I could use. Then I was told they would send replacement legs that were shorter and would make the bed usable. The legs cannot be exchanged. I was just told that to try to get rid of me. They never sent the legs, never returned my calls regarding this, and I was basically called a liar by the store employees and the manager. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
