When it was time to start the work, there was 1 guy (2 if you count the dad who just tidied up) and it was going to be done in 1 day. Surprise to me but he said after they assessed it more, that was all it was going to take. Fine, I don't care as long as it's done and right. Katy Paint Pro wasn't the cheapest quote I got but also wasn't the most expensive. Turns out Jason had subcontracted the work out, which again, I don't care as long as the job is done right. Unfortunately it was not. Granted, they did do a good job in some areas, but not so much in others. It was late in the evening and seemed like they were rushing so they could leave. They were free handing transitions from ceiling to wall and not covering things up to protect from spilage. There was paint and spackle everywhere. I later called Jason to have the guy come up and finish and clean up the mess. He would contact the subcontractor but that guy would just give me the run around asking for more time or not answering. Tried calling Jason a few times and the same thing. I expected he send someone else to finish the work or something but same run around. Cross your fingers with this one.

I hired Freddy's to paint my town home which has 25 ft vaulted ceilings. I called out three…read moredifferent vendor's for quotes. Freddy's was the middle priced vendor. The highest priced vendor was almost twice the price that Sylvia (who I assume is the owner) quoted for the work I wanted done. I decided to go with Freddy's Painting because of the level of professionalism that I received from the quoting process. She was able to give me a price quote on the spot and was able to break the quote down into several different parts to that I could decide what work I wanted to get done so that it could fit into my budget. As for the work that was completed, the painters were friendly, efficient and most important, they were on time! I've had so many issues with other vendors not arriving in their "promised" window of arrival, so it was refreshing to have a vendor that respected my time. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the service that was provided. I highly recommend Freddy's for any of your painting needs!

I love how prompt Sylvia and the crew and were throughout the process. Everyone came when they said they were going to come. 2. Sylvia was able to give me a quote on the spot when she came to my house and each room was broken down so that I could make changes and still have an idea of how much it would cost me. 3. They were very reliable and responsive anytime I had any questions and when I was ready to schedule the work to be done. 4. Sylvia and the painters were super nice and pleasant to work with. The wall in my master bedroom is kind of funny and I asked 2 of them if they think I should paint the top part or if it would look better not painted. They both thought it would look better painted even though it would be more work for them so I knew they were looking out for my best interest and wanted it to look good. They were right. It looks much better painted and I'm glad I listened to them. 5. The painters finished the job very well and quickly - 2 coats paint in 6 rooms and 1 accent wall in 1 day! 6. I had gotten 3 quotes total and their price couldn't be beat. I would highly recommend them!
