They asked how they could help us. We explained our recliner in our Motorhome was worn out and needed to be replaced. I specified the color and that I wanted leather. My husband requested a recliner, non electric, one that would swivel and we preferred non rocking. We were shown dozens of recliners. Most all of them were either fabric or leather. But, we were assured any recliner could be custom built to our specifications. So, we were just, " Trying on" recliners to find the one that fit our needs and comfort level. Close to an hour later, we found the one. The one associate, Mr Martinez, took the time to explain how La-Z-Boy builds their furniture, from beginning to end. All made in America, which is very important to us. It's going to take 6 to 8 weeks for our recliner to be built. The time frame is a bit long for me, but we were promised we'd be very happy. Delivery was offered and we were very pleased to learn La-Z-Boy will deliver and set up the recliner in our Motorhome. This is a blessing to us as we are up there in age. We were very pleased with the service we received, the pleasant conversation and patience given to us.
