He makes himself available whether it is by phone, text or in person always. I appreciate his willingness to talk to us, to make sure we are all on the same page. Something that I have found working with other landscapers is that they don't listen. That simple. There's a lot of nodding and "sure, sure" but they are only half-heartedly hearing us. I have been continually surprised by his ability to repeat our wishes back to us --weeks later-- which builds trust.
