I just moved to Texas and we need a few essentials. Maria is so incredibly helpful, and actually assisted us in flushing out a plan to coordinate the furniture we brought with new pieces. I appreciate how much time she took to show us different combinations that could work and styles that mesh well together. I never felt rushed and I always felt like I had her full attention. Just overall our experience dealing with Maria was exceptional! We will definitely be back.

My Wife and I went in to purchase a bed since I had back surgery the bed we had no longer worked for us anymore. We purchased a sleep number and had to return it since if was painful on my back. We told James this from the start. When we asked if this bed does not work for us can we return it during the return policy. Numerous times when we asked James we were told yes every time. At not point and time were we told that the mattress is returnable but the Smart base is not. Now we $8000 worth of bed mattress bases that we now have no use for. Mind you we have only had the mattress set since January 21st 2025. When we went into the store James met us and would only point to "look at your paperwork it is in there as the policy". "I can return the mattress but not the base" If we would have known this we would not have purchased since we have ZERO use for the mattress base without a mattress. We feel like James was not truthful in telling us we could return the bed set. We feel like his commission that was made ment more to him than a returning customer. I have filed a BBB complaint and now we wait to see what happens.. Will update but right now I would not recommend this location unless you want to be lied to and cheated out of $1,000's of your hard earned money.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by Verson, or "V" as he goes by. He gave us his full attention, was not pushy, and there wasn't any haggling. V was friendly and quick, despite some system outages he was experiencing-- he called another store and had them write up the order for him, so it didn't require us to wait, come back later, leave information behind, etc. From entering the store my wife and I made a decision in about 10 minute, and we were out the door in about another 10. Great experience. We did not leave feeling screwed (actually, we left feeling like we got the better part of the deal). Definitely will be going back as we replace older mattresses.
