He was very quick to respond and came around to view our property to give an accurate assessment and quote. We instantly liked him - he really IS such a nice guy! He gave us a very reasonable quote, answered all of our questions, gave some useful recommendations and was overall very helpful and trustworthy. He arrived on time and cracked on with the work which was done to an excellent standard - he cleaned the area afterwards and followed our instructions about leaving the house as we couldn't be there when he finished. We were so happy with how our new log burner and hearth look, and ultimately very happy we employed Paul's services. He also came back at a later date to add a cap to one of our chimney pots, which he honestly told us he'd missed out on the day. We would 110% recommend Paul at ChimneyMate!
