I did bring up my concern and after a lot of waiting and poor communication was told they could apply another coat of finish but it would cost an additional $736 and probably not affect the result. (Communication was pretty poor throughout.) There was also a concern about whether their workers are technically employees (because they claim they are exempt from having to have Workers Comp coverage which can put property owners in jeopardy if one of their workers gets injured on site). But they did get us listed on their General Liability insurance policy for the time they were working at our property, and thankfully there were no injuries or other issues during the work.
