And I am not even sure what we get for the annual maintenance. There is no trouble-shooting or preventive maintenance. Shortly after each annual maintenance, it coincidentally seems to fails its weekly self-test. One of the receptionists is worthless -- rude and dismissive. It seems as though they are not interested in remedial maintenance -- only new installations and component replacements (no trouble-shooting). The technicians seem incompetent. They charge a ridiculous amount for each visit without a guarantee of repair. One time we had a failure because of mice eating the wires but the technician would not fix it because he was afraid of the mice.

We needed a brand new furnace, a new oil tank, and some duct work replaced and taped. His quote was as fair as it gets. He was well below any of the quotes we got from the big oil companies in the area. He asks for half of the payment before installation and half afterward. As soon as he is paid the first installment he gets right to work getting the things needed for the job and he did a FANTASTIC job staying in contact about the process. I had no worries about where my money was going. He and his team were AWESOME! They were very friendly and they explained everything that they were doing and how things work.
