Both of our cars came back scratched in multiple spots and my front plate was ripped off. The interior was barely touched, dirt everywhere on the doors still and they didn't even vacuum the rugs under the weather mats or in the back seat, same exact outcome for my husband's. We both tip heavy always and I'm disappointed we wasted $ there. The workers must be lazy anymore and the owner clearly doesn't care. I have to add we also witnessed 2 other people unhappy with their wash for interior/exterior today. Typically I would say everyone has a bad day but this has happened the last 3 times I've been.
