He was able to come out, do the estimate and do the work within a couple hours and was gone at lunch time. Scope: clean carpet in two closets and the master bedroom. Quality of work: excellent. He used protectors on all of our walls and trim, so the hoses did not damage nor mar any of it. He used the extractor, after cleaning, so well that my socks didn't get wet walking across the carpet.
