Terrible! Showed up with no dolly straps, no blankets to put over table tops, ect. Dropped our brand new washer down the stairs, put small holes and dents in the walls. One guy was dropping the F word every other breath as he was carrying our furniture to the truck. After damage to several of our items and walls, the slow production, smoke breaks in the back of the truck and the unprofessional manner of the two guys they sent, we called the office and had another crew sent out. I have never left a company review but this was by far the worst moving company I have ever delt with. Save yourself damaged items and the headache of dealing with this company and hire another moving company! read more

They said they could deliver between Nov 28- and Dec 5 . Here it is Dec 15th and still don't have our stuff nor when we will. Keep getting the same thing don't have a driver going that direction. Um that's not my problem, you knew were I was going when we made an agreement. Won't use them ever again read more

If you can get yourself a different moving company do yourself a favor and don't walk, RUN away. Unfortunately for military, we don't get to choose who packs and moves our belongings, so we were stuck with them. The first day, they didn't even show up. They had an attitude when we called to ask for an estimated arrival time. They out right LIED and said that their drivers had just left the warehouse and would be to our house within 30mins. 1.5hrs later we called their main headquarters who called them and then found out they canceled because we "have too much stuff". The next day 2 packers showed up bright and early at 8:30am. They stayed at our house until 5:30pm and by the time they left, they had only packed 40 boxes. So 8 hrs of labor (plus 1hr lunch)x2 people means in 16hrs of labor they only had 40 boxes to show for it. To put that into perspective, I packed 32 boxes in 4.5hrs by myself while taking very detailed notes of every thing in the boxes. The next day, they somehow managed to pack 105 boxes between 8:30-2:30, which shows the first day they were BSing. They packed boxes horribly. They packed a 10lb brass Egyptian head with jade Buddah statues and didn't understand what the issue was. Make sure you write down everything you care about because they write very generic descriptions that you can't file a claim on. $800 jade Buddah, Egyptian stones, were written as "decor". One girl Kristie was very sweet. The other girl Lexi, was very sour. It was rather obvious Lexi didn't care we were trying to keep things organized. She was putting stuff from our gym in woth our master bedroom. Seems like no big deal, but when we get to the new house and open a box we're going to have to walk around to 3 different rooms because of the way she packed. If I asked her which box had a specific item she caught an attitude. When I decided to leave her alone and ask after the fact she smirked and said " Oh I wish I could show you, but it's already on the truck." I suggest before they get there write down every single thing that you care about a d keep you're own separate inventory. Better yet, if I could go back in time - I suggest a ditty move. When they are done boxing, they don't give you the opportunity to go through and count boxes. They just take everything. At no point in time do they give you the opportunity to inventory what they are putting in what box, they hurry and rush you on the second day to get your boxes out. Each of my friends that has used them has ended up with at least one thing missing. The things missing just so happen to never be on the inventory list. That's suspect. I was in the military for 8yrs and have been with my husband (who's also AD) since 2005. Never in either of our careers did we see such a shady job done. It's very obvious that when they are there to sho through what they are going to steal, not help move you to your next station. I'm very broken hearted because it's very obvious when we get to our destination things are going to be missing. If they aren't, by all means I'll update you that I was wrong and that they are just sloppy, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. They've proved themselves consistent. read more

It came time for me to move out of my mom's house and because I have some very expensive, very heavy couches I decided to hire "professional movers." This company was the worst mistake I could've made. On the day of the move two teenagers showed up, I figured they're a little young but they look fairly strong so I'll go with it. They moved a couch, love seat, 51" tv, and sectional into the truck they brought (which was way to small for what I wanted moved.) These items were barely 6 months old and had been in storage and were in perfect condition!!! I still had two bedroom sets and several boxes I wanted moved that wouldn't fit so I decided after they unloaded those I would ask them to make a second trip. They arrived to the new house and put everything in the garage. I asked them to please take the couches in. After griping and arguing with me they moved the couch and love seat in. The sectional was the same height, diameter, width, etc. Since they were so heavy the movers told me they wouldn't fit through the door. After more arguing they finally picked up a piece of the sectional and, without attempting to angle it, they just jammed it through the door and got it stuck. They broke part of the frame and tore the back of it up. Bringing it back to the garage they dropped it in a puddle. After putting it back in the garage I just told them to leave. They didn't even apologize. My husband and I moved the other piece of sectional (exact same size as the piece they destroyed) into the house ourselves without any damage to it. Also, after taking our tv out of the box it was apparent they put it in the truck were it could fall because the screen was all cracked and wouldn't turn on. I have been trying to recover the cost (I still have a receipt for this furniture)! It has been a month since the incident and I'm still fighting. I'll probably have to take Aaction Movers to small claims to recover the $1800-2000 they owe me for the furniture the destroyed. Do NOT Use!! read more

This was my third move in 10 years and was by far the worst. Day one of packing; they showed up, didn't bring enough boxes, did some packing, left their trash (soda cans, food wrappers) for me to pick up. Day two of packing; they showed up, packed my belongings (I personally packed at least 15 boxes because they were slow and seemed to not care about the way things were packed). At one point I ran downstairs to find packing tape to find one of them napping on the couch. After 13 hours the boxes were packed. Moving day; the crew showed up to load everything without tools, so I spent the next two hours taking apart furniture myself. The loading was so slow that I had to help move furniture in order for them to get done in a timely manner. 14 hours later the truck pulled away. Worst move ever! read more
