It can be a lifesaver if you are a student who has no time for laundry or a new Mom who is focussing primarily on baby and sleep, or someone like me, who recently came out of the hospital and can't lift anything heavy. The folks who keep the laundry service running smoothly are very reliable and exceedingly kind and focussed on making their commitments to customers. They encourage texting with questions or to change a pickup or dropoff time; and sometimes they text the customer with messages. If you live in London, Ontario, be happy.
