Closets with signs on doors to pack all contents. They failed to load 25% of boxes and totally ignored closets. Used truck driver as scapegoat to sign off on loading so they can escape their contractual commitments. They had no interest in trying to resolve any of the issues so customer satisfaction and quality of job actually mean nothing.
