I had just finished planning every detail of my mostly DIY wedding and I wanted for once to have someone do the planning for me. I am used to planning my own trips but after this experience, I can guarantee I will be booking through Sheryl from now on! She took the time on several phone calls to help us choose the perfect destination (easy for her to do since it seems she's personally been EVERYWHERE!). I am an anxious planner and it was hard to hand over the reins but I'm so glad I did. Booking was easy, any questions along the way she was able to address quickly. She even followed up while we were on our trip (a Virgin Voyages cruise which we loved). Sheryl was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to many more trips in the future.

Her insight into travel and what to do is above and beyond what I had expected. It didn't cost me anything extra to use her services and in fact I was able to get an onboard credit with my cruise which I wouldn't have been able to get if I booked direct. I would definitely use her services again and recommend any of my friends to give her an opportunity to plan a fantastic vacation. She will take you through every part step by step and be there with you the whole way to departure. No internet site will provide you the services that she does. I used to book all my own travel arrangements in the past but now I'm a believer that a travel agent is definitely the way to go thanks to Lori.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! A friend of mine recommended Jean Duggar as a travel agent…read moresince their friends in Florida used them. I live in Minnesota however I tried them for a 3 week vacation which included a two week cruise in the Mediterranean. All during the planning Jean was diligent in helping arrange the land and cruise accommodations as well as the land and cruise tours. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her follow up and professionalism was outstanding! As it turned out our dream vacation was not to take place due to the Covid-19 Virus situation. Europe closed its borders and the cruise line eventually changed the itinerary and then cancelled the cruise. Throughout the whole itinerary change again Jean and her associate Terri again went the extra mile in rearranging the land accommodations and tours. Eventually my doctors advised me to not travel. Therefore a week before the cruise cancelled I was forced to cancel for medical conditions. It just was not meant to be. The Duggar Travel agency and Jean then took charge again to help me file the travel insurance claim. She was consistently following up to be sure the documentation was accurately submitted. I'm not sure if they even received any commission for cancelled travel plans and that didn't make any difference in their over the top service. Eventually the travel insurance company reviewed and paid the claim. I would recommend Duggar Travel to anyone who wants service excellence!
