I was two hours away from any town that could provide service to me. Thankfully I have roadside assistance but they had a very difficult time finding someone to go that far out to help me. The first 4 companies that "accepted" the call later stood me up. I sat on the side of the highway for almost 10 hours when the very kind gentleman from Shad's came to my rescue. He arrived at 11:15pm and work diligently to remove the spare on had on the back of the RV. I had sat for so long with the generator running I had nearly run out of gas. This man was concerned enough he was worried I would break down again and said I could follow him an extra hour out of his way to be sure I found gas. He looked at the lugs again to be sure I was safe to continue my travels another 2 1/2 hours to destination. I can't say thank you enough!!! The locksmith showed up to the cemetery twice but instead of coming to help us he turned around both times and left without saying a word. How unprofessional. We had a family member pass and the one who's car was locked had to drive hours to get here. Instead of even trying to help he just decided on his own that we didn't need him and left. There's no sense in giving a business like that a third chance.

Stranded on I-90 near Belvidere, SD in our 38 foot DP motorhome with a probable fuel line issue…read more Using FMCA Road Service we were towed 77 miles by All Pro Towing (another great SD company - see my review for them) to Eddie's Truck Center. They diagnosed and repaired our problem the next day and we were on our way by noon. Ft. Pierre is across the Missouri River from SD State capitol in Pierre. The area is rich in beauty, Lewis and Clark and pioneer history; not a bad place to be stranded!
