This review is for international drivers permit only. I've never gotten an IDP before, but my mom told me that AAA was the place to go get one. I checked their website online, and verify the address, and saw the application online. I printed the application and of course I forgot to bring it with me. When I entered AAA, I was greeted immediately. The young man behind the desk gave me an application to fill out for the IDP, and no one else was waiting. As soon as I completed the form, he guided me to the photo area. You can bring your own photos for the application, they must be professional, passport style, or you could just have them done on site. I opted to have them done on site, which is only $12. The application for the IDP is $20, so I would say it was a great deal since it's one stop shopping. I waited approximately two minutes while he entered my information, photos, and charged my credit card. And then I was out the door with my IDP in hand. I was so surprised at how streamlined and simple the process wise. I would recommend this location for an international drivers permit to everyone. However, if you are not near this location, you can visit their website to find the closest location to you. Just be aware that not all locations do passport photos on site . You also have the option to get your own photos, print the application, and mail it in. I do not know what the turnaround time is for that overall, simple, easy process, and very happy customer.

AAA Picked up my car for a tow and the driver was inexperienced and didn't hook my car properly and never closed my hood resulting in total loss of my car. Now they won't respond to me at all they are a mess. Do not use them ever.

I applied via mail for my IDP end of Dec. I thought this would be an easy process. I sent it to my local branch via mail. It was sent to this corporate office. My check was cashed a week later, yet, I never got my IDP in the mail. I called the local branch near me and they could not tell me where my IDP was, nor did they have a record of it. Even with the information on the check, they did not know. After some google searching and sleuthing, I found this Heathrow branch. After another round of phone calls and being re-routed via the automated phone system, I was able to speak to an associate. Said associate, finally found my information after some time. I was told my permit was mailed. After some pushing, I was told they would speak to their supervisor and get back to me. It's been 2-business days and no one has called me. I called AGAIN today - and there was no notes or recollection of my issue. I was placed on a long hold and then the call disconnected. When I called back, the office was closed. Some customer service! I will call back AGAIN. Sadly, I would not recommend this process. If you need an IDP - drive to the branch, even if it's far away. I heard it's a smooth, easy process in person. I don't know what's going on with this Corporate branch, but they have some opportunities for improvement.

I confirmed my mother's home insurance with Liberty Mutual, did a self inspection, that included photos and videos of the property and submitted them for review. In a few weeks she got a letter in the mail that stated her policy was being cancelled! They cited several deficiencies with the property, but gave no date or provisions as to give us time to correct the problems. I called them to confirm the cancellation and promptly started the process of obtaining insurance with another company. This morning, I got an email telling me that on the 26th of January, the scheduled insurance premium would be automatically drafted from her account! I called the customer service to report this incident, and the agent told me I would have to send the proper documents in order to cancel the policy. I told her that Liberty Mutual already cancelled it. She told me she needed the POA, of which I told her they already have it (no insurance company would issue a policy without a POA). I told her that I felt she was treating us unfairly and I was going to report the company, and I would put a block on future drafts at her bank. Since being notified about the deficiencies, I have been working to correct all of them. Her new insurance company told me they would give me all the time I needed, as long as they were corrected in a timely manner, and I would keep them posted.

LM was my insurance company. I had full coverage on my truck,…read more including Roadside Assistance. I did not have any Comp or Collision claims at all. I used the roadside assistance in 5/22 for a flat tire. I then used the tow service in 9/22 (which I did not end up needing a tow. The driver was a mechanic and got my truck to start). I advised them of that, and asked for my $30 refund to my card for mileage over the 15 miles allowed. They wouldn't refund because they couldn't reach the tow company to verify. I had my credit card company dispute the charge. I finally tracked down the tow company and the owner of refunded my $30. I also used the tow service in 11/22. I received a letter from LM that they were canceling my insurance because of the 5/22 roadside assistance (which they listed as a tow on the letter) & the 11/22 tow. I could not believe my eyes. I thought all I would have to do was call and say there was some kind of mistake, and problem solved. I had 4 conversations with different people, and was told once underwriting made a determination it was final. They would not connect me to underwriting stating they did not take customer calls. I was told after my 3rd call that someone did reach out to underwriting, and they denied my appeal to insure me. OVER A TOW & A FLAT TIRE. The 4th call was to the Heathrow, FL office to try and resolve through corporate underwriting department. I spoke with a Lady in the auto department and was told that 95% of the time they do not reverse their decision. Her recommendation was to go with a different company with a cheaper rate. That trying to fight to keep insurance with LM would not be worth the time and headache. I have never been canceled by any insurance company. Never would I have thought I would be canceled over using my roadside assistance. Do not do business with Liberty Mutual. If they do this to a customer over something like this, they will most likely cancel you on a actual collision or comp claim.

A month prior to my Allstate policy ending I paid for a new 6 month Geico policy for $120 less than Allstate. My Geico policy started on the day my Allstate policy ended. Seamless. They said I owed $4.86 for 1 day of having TWO Insurance policies; an Allstate & a Geico Policy.
