My brother and I when shopping for a new one and met Mike Ballester while he was buying 2 toilets for customer and we set up an appointment time. We met back at Home Depo he listen to what our needs were then show us two toilets and explain everything about toilets so we could pick the best one for us. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and while put on bootie ask about pets inside so they are safe. Before starting Mike lay down drop cloths and brought in wet vac. Shame on me for being trusting. There tech does the monthly service never brings a ladder with him to check the tank as in and out in 4 minutes. When I hired them to install and service my system the original tech spent about 15 to 20 minutes at my house checking the float filter changes etc. never an issue. So obviously not the same service.. the straw that broke the camel's back was I was away and when I returned I found that I had no water.. pressure switch failed no big deal. I removed the filter to find it was completely dry. My question is how do you check the quality of water if you never ran the system so I decided to get someone else to check the water and paid for a water test and system overview and to my greatest concern they found bacteria in the water in the house as was as a super low PH in the tank and in the house that I can only assume caused damage to my fixture and water heater.. I spoke to them and of course they said everything was fine.. I hired a second company to do the same test two days after the first company came out and found the exact same issue. Unfortunately this company is all about taking your money and not doing the service you paid for. Good luck if you decide to use them.

The second time was to repair the pressure tank (that they had already replaced and should have been under warranty) and quoted $299.00 (or something like that), and I asked if that was the total price with labor. The tech said yes, and then they charged me more. Both times, I called and offered to pay but would cancel as a monthly customer. The woman who answered the phone was more than happy to lose a customer. Russ honored the quote, but then must have dropped me as a monthly customer without any notification. Now, 10 months after a membrane repair, I'm buying a new membrane since the one they installed failed. I don't think they know what they are doing. Our AC is 4 yrs old.. did not need new capasitor.. you hardly ever do.. they never asked if there was warranty, etc. UV LIGHTS now know are ineffective in fast moving air.. plus we have a high grade activated charcoal and hepatitis filter system.. we have no slow growth from non moving air. This company has expensive maintenance contracts.. but they send you pretty brochures and advertise all over! I only want to pay for good service! 2 times with their upselling for things we did not need was enough! We have moved on!!
