i took the drug & alchohol class at eyes on the road. the first day was with their new instructor…read morejeff. he was very nice and explained everything very well. the second day was with susan thompson.if you were already nervous about taking your on the road driver test, this woman is going to freak you out even more. from the beginning of meeting this woman was extremely rude, didn't even say good morning to anyone. she started the class by snapping at anyone that walked through the door to sign in (as if we should know that.) she spent 1 hr & 30 min showing us videos then she spent 2 hr & 30 min yelling, picking on &embarrassing people& talking about how shes such an amazing driver & how her brother died in a car accident. i've watched her picked on this black girl from the beginning of the class all the way to the end. she'll mostly pick on the people with permits and EXAGGERATE ALL THE LAWS IN THE CT DRIVERS MANUAL. she hates cell phones!! u can use ur cell phone but if she happened to notice u using it more than once she'll immediately categorize u as those people that text and drive all the time. the only part i like about her class was how she explained how to react when being pulled over by an officer. i thought she gave some good advice about how u shouldn't back talk the police & give them respect. i decided to to go to this driving school because it was $25 less then AAA driving school. but after meeting her i don't think it was worth it. no one needs to pay $125 for a class just to get chewed out & yelled at by a woman who's still morning her brother's death (that happened decades ago due to her brother falling asleep on the wheel) and want to take her anger out on every new driver. i think lewis the owner can do without her as an instructor for that class. five stars for jeff 2 stars for this woman!

Over the phone, I spoke to someone that seemed a bit rushed about setting an appointment for the 21st. I was told sorry, that day was full, but that the 28th would be more than fine. They showed up today, the 21st, and proceeded to idle in my driveway for quite some time, repeatedly calling me to tell me my appointment was today. When I stated this was not what I was told, I was informed that 1.) I was wrong. And 2.) That I owed them money for today. Someone I'm not sure of proceeded to escalate the call and became aggressive, stating that I needed to pay them, and then "WELL, I GUESS WE CAN'T DO BUSINESS THEN!". I ended the call after that, and will not be granting business to this group again. I do not feel secure in doing business with those that would resort so quickly to hostility. They travel around the country so be sure to check which dates are available for this location. Finding the location is tricky. It's literally sectioned off on the side of a highway. You can just take a shuttle bus from the resort if it's easier. He chose the Lamborghini driving experience. Originally, he was only scheduled for 5 laps but they kept changing his appointment. As a courtesy, they comped an extra 2 laps which was nice. We had to wait about 45 minutes before his turn. Overall, he loved it and I highly recommend this as gift for anyone who's into exotic cars. It makes visiting Mohegan Sun that much more exciting!

The day of the event I received a text explaining that the car I chose was not available, so I had to settle for a GTR or Corvette. Once I arrived, there was very little direction and it was very unclear on where we had to check in. The women was very rude and was seriously lacking customer service skills. I feel like I was definitely judged and borderline scolded when I declined the insurance. I settled on the GTR, which was a disappointment. The car was so heat soaked it was severely underpowered. The instructor said it has to stay in automatic mode. No big deal, I figured it would still be fun. The tires broke loose extremely easy and were in terrible condition After the drive I realized they installed Sumitomo tires, literally the bottom of the barrel tires. Nissan never intended these tires to be on this car. Looking at the Ferrari, they put crusade tires on that one. Worse than sumitomo! I am shocked this is acceptable for an exotic driving experience.
