He didn't have his mobile phone on at all and the journey was very swift. He even took the quickest route which they don't usually tend to do these days instead taking you all round the houses. I would definitely use Chads cars again.

Fares are reasonable, and the drivers dont make detours to bump up the cost, which is a definite plus. The drivers also drive safely, so you dont feel as though you are taking your life in your hands when you get in. I booked a taxi for 8 people on 30th Dec. It was booked a few weeks in advance so I budget…read morecorrectly the price was £40 total. They charged me this each way, rather than cause a scene I paid up because it was mum's birthday. I rang the company yesterday they admitted they had quoted my the wrong price but it wasn't my fault and I would get my £40 reimbursed as I wasn't quoted £80. I rang the manager this morning who crawled up his own backside said it wasn't his fault and there would be no £40 refund. This was an expensive experience, where I was polight to the driver but obviously this is a very underhand company!
