I must say they are outstanding in their craft and customer service. Aldo and Claire are experts, know their stuff well and go out of their way to ensure the customers are satisfied. They do all kinds of upholstery to perfection. I have had my car interior, console,visors, headliner, leather seats done by them, so very pleased. They are fair in pricing and want to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Honest and hard working bunch who take pride in their craft. We have used him several times in the last 2-3 years and were satisfied , with reservations, with…read morethe results. The last set of antique chairs he did for us were uncomfortable from the start, and within a few months the seat was sagging and the fabric was baggy. He claimed it was the fault of the foam manufacturer and charged us for new foam and new fabric - the same as the the first time we paid for a total redo! We have paid twice for the same chairs, and he off handedly remarked if he "had used better quality foam" the first time it would not have happened! Why didn't he use the right quality of foam the first time?? We will never recommend his work and will never use him again.
