Unprofessional. They don't show up when they say they are and hard to get a hold of after calling them to see if they still coming or not

My son and I used AA United Cab for the first time yesterday. We had to have 3 different pick ups and drop offs. Our phone calls were answered promptly and our cabs arrived quickly. The drivers were very nice. They were pretty busy with lots of phone calls coming in for pick ups and I could hear that they were working hard to get to the people as quick as they could.I was very impressed with the service and will be using AA United Cab a lot in the future. Cab driver lied and said that he came to my job and nobody came out even though I had been standing at the entrance of my job for a hour and a half waiting on him to show and he never did. It's nothing worse than someone who lies for no reason at all. read more

Get a better and more professional team. When I call to make arrangements for a taxi to pick me up the dispatcher was very rude and kept talking over me. And when I called back to ask her if she could call me to let me know when the taxi was arriving she screamed at me telling me I have to wait because there was no drivers available before I could even get the question out! My wife and I used United Cab for my early morning trip to the hospital for surgery. I reserved the cab for 5:15 AM. They were here about 10 minutes early, the driver was friendly and personable, the dispatch operators were wonderful. From now on if we need a ride we will call no one else. read more

I had been a frequent user of this service. For the most part, drivers had great customer service, but fares fluctuated. Today, for the first time is a while, I had to call for service to get to work. The fare from Grove Street off highway 74 to Morgan Street in town, was $6.50: the wonderful driver assured me,that a driver would return to pick me up a 5pm. The driver arrived on time! Before going home, I had to stop at an atm for cash. The driver took a scenic route to my home; than told me that the fare would be $17! I ask why? He stated,"because [we] took Marion Street." We used this service for a wedding at a nearby vineyard last weekend. The driver arrived exactly on time after calling 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. The van was clean, and the driver was very courteous. We asked for a return ride, and another perfectly clean van with another driver arrived exactly on time to shuttle us back to the hotel. We were all very impressed and would definitely call these folks if we ever find ourselves in Shelby again. read more
