NO RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS…read more I have had the MOT TEST done with them, didn't expect to Fail the test because 1 week before I went to the Showroom and had the Full Service done and also they prepared the car for the MOT . After the MOT diagnostic it's been done I've asked at the reception if they are able to fix the car for me to pass the MOT TEST but unfortunately they where fully booked in the same day therefore, I went to other Service " IN AND OUT" showed them the MOT DIAGNOSTIC papers they told me can be done in 1 hour , after that the mechanic from in and out told me wasn't necessary to replace the product. Really awful customer service at "IN TOWN SERVICES " rude , unprofessional , serpent.

I purchased 2 new tyres 2 months ago,today 17/12/12 I had a puncture,I then visited my nearest tyre…read morerepairer and was told its not a puncture the rim is leaking,due to not being cleaned prior to fitting,this cost me £17.90 I then contacted in town automotive and asked if they could do anything,seeing all work is garanteed for 12 months,I was then given a message from the manager saying it must be rust that caused the leak and there is nothing they can do. THIS IS ONE COMPANY I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN,DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE.

Highly recommended. They know bikes inside out and not just modern sports-bikes. Waited a couple of hours there for an MOT and spent the time chatting "bikes" and drinking coffee. Just to clarify, I got there early and the waiting was nothing to do with them... :o) For friendly and efficient service, give them a go.
