I purchased a FNX 45 Tactical that I picked up after the 3 business day waiting period. When I got home, to do my due diligence as a responsible gun owner, I cleaned my gun. I noticed the gun was extremely dirty, as if it had been used and shot multiple times, the barrel was covered with powder residue, the slide was covered with powder residue, with various scratches and marks on the slide and barrel. It took me an hour and a half to get the gun cleaned. The condition of the gun was listed as new and sold as new. I have purchased new guns before and never had a new gun that dirty. I understand that new guns are test fired for functionality once or twice and then thoroughly cleaned. I understand that new guns comes with a rust preventative coating but this one did not have it and rust was in the barrel, indicating to me that this gun was used multiple times. Per AA Tactical:: "That firearm is brand new. That is the way FN shipped to our distributor and our distributor shipped to us. We get the firearms out of the Zipper pouches and put them in the cabinets. We usually put a zip tie on them so that we show clear on them. We do not have any other contact unless we get the firearm out for a customer to look at." There was no zip tie on the gun at the time of purchase. I would think that the seller would inspect the guns that they are selling to make sure that they are in top shape before displaying. Don't put anything on layaway and then change your mind and want something different. They will not allow that and then won't refund your deposit either. It's just a bad business model and I won't be returning. read more

Absolutely nothing! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! If you dare post about their pathetic customer service, you will get called a liar. Which I am sure is shortly to follow this review. They will not stand behind what they sell (which is understandable considering the quality of their products). Gave them several opportunities to resolve the matter, each step of they way they become more arrogant and showed they care nothing about their customers. (I never asked for a refund or credit of any kind FYI) Went to Jays on Main Street, got exactly what I wanted at a fair price and was actually given options! I talked to them at the gun show for a new glock and without prompting they told me not to buy it there, but to come by the store and purchase a blue label for a much better price. I'm posting because I saw a low review score for customer service and wanted to counter that the customer service I received was excellent. Found my new LGS. read more

A few months ago I took in an AR-15 to have a 5.56 A2 bird cage removed and a Dead Air flash hider installed. I supplied an entire packet of shims. They used one shim and kept the old A2 bird cage and all of the unused shims. When I asked they couldn't locate the items and the sells rep didn't seem to care about my request. I thought no big deal, I probably won't use them anyway. Fast forward a few months, I had a Dead Air muzzle Break installed on a different .300Blk upper and the shims that came with the break didn't fit quite right so they charged me 12$ for a packet of different shims and they only used 2 shims out of the packet... The sells representative said the packet of shims they used was empty. I questioned the act of them charging me 12$ for two shims and again the sells rep didn't seem to care about the customers money or items. I'm just glad I have my suppressors and that I won't need any more help from them. I'll try Precision Tactical if I need any more gun smithing help. Overall though Crestview's customer service from small businesses is really bad. read more

I have spent a lot of money at AA, several thousand dollars and refered many to thier operation. Ordered a Henry survival rifle for $326, at front desk. Wrong rifle model came in ( Bill of sale showed AA ordered wrong model,clearly not my fault) and AA wanted me to pay $35 cost to send it back for correct rifle ? Henry shipped the rifle model AA requested which was not the model I paid in advance for . AA reimbursed cost of rifle minus $5 for paperwork after I very politely protested the $35 fee. 'Thier' mistake still cost 'me' $5 and no 'rifle to show. I was then told not to come back by Mrs. AA over $30 ? read more

Stopped in 1st time getting a gun found 1 online before going in that I like. They didnt have the exact one I wanted but they had 1 close and tried hard to find the one I wanted. That were awesome thought me everything I needed to know about the gun and explained the process I needed to go through to get my 1st gun. Even told me when they had CC classes. Had a great time learning with them. After I wait the 3 days neccessary before getting my gun o cant wait to go to the range and try it out..thanks read more

I really like this place! The owners are amazing! I asked so many questions and received a reasonable answer for all of them. My husband and I went in and didn't want to leave.
