She was empathetic, informative, and just being genuinely helpful. I had a great experience talking to her and she also gave me some helpful information on insurance policies in general etc. Just a very nice person and being nice will pay off eventually. They managed to reduce my premium by about 40%. I also got a quote from another brokerage called Sammy's and they were one of those typical poker face insurers and the rates were not as good as Farmers. Thumbs up for Christina. I will switch to you guys!
