I will never use aa bonds in sinton again. I WILL pass on the bad business word. They came off my sons bond 3 days before his court date cause of a court date he had before we used them to bond out. They had nothing to do with the bond on the last court date just the one he has 3 days from now. Today is Friday and they came off bond that he has a court on Monday (3 days) that is so messed up.so they r not someone who will be on ur side so I will never use them again. These people are a bunch of crooks! The bond I paid for wasn't used due to a clerical error on the jails part. But upon requesting a refund I was told that it would take 7 business days . Afterwards I received a call to in form me 3 business days later that the person (only one got all the branches they have) was out on vacation and wouldn't be back till a week later. When I received my refund it was 40$ short of the amount I paid . They cited a processing fee as the reason they sent me a refund was not what I paid . At no point did they inform me that it would be a different amount. If you can help it at all go somewhere else! I'm completely aggravated with the manner in which they do business. The San Antonio office was NO help at all. Clearly they look after their own... I know it's a crappy experience to need a bail bondsman but they don't make the process any easier.
