We all hate that 3 AM bexar county call. However, I can say that AA 100% is the best place to go to bond your loved ones out. Don't know what you're doing or where to start? Let them help, they make the process so quick and easy, you'll be on your way back home before you know it while being rest assured that they have taken care of the rest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention that the waiting area has a nice couch. Couldn't recommend this place more. read more

I was not expecting to write a review much less a positive review for getting a bond but here I am. I must say, if you are in the unfortunate situation and in need of a bond, I would strongly recommend AA Best bail bonds. I needed a bond ASAP to get my son out of jail and did not even know what questions to ask. I called and spoke with Chris and he was very helpful and respectful which I did not expect. I told him I will be there shortly and sure enough, my paperwork was ready for me. Xavier is excellent Just like Chris, he was very helpful, respectful and very informative. We all fear a day that we would ever become accused of a crime or be arrested. Whether it is a unpaid ticket or a felony you don't want to be incarcerated. The system is a dark unseen territory that voids your existance. The process can be confusing if you have never been there and this company has certainly been professional the entire process. They were fast to assist, and easy to work with. Give them a call if you find the law isn't on your side - you'll be glad you did. read more

I was at A A Best Bails Bonds, the one located across from Bexar County Jail, trying to get help to resolve a serious matter as a paying customer. While patiently waiting, a gentleman named Lorenzo ate tacos over his keyboard, while assisting a few other guests with paperwork without washing his hands. During this time a man walked in with a sack full of expensive jerseys, saying how much they originally cost. Lorenzo bought one of these jerseys for $25, & the man selling them thanked him for always buying and stated he'd be back, and that another employee there still owed him money. Sonya was unprofessional and rude. She was supposed to be helping me and she barely came out to say anything, gave me a bunch of unnecessary paperwork. We took our business elsewhere. read more

If you give them a review on Yelp, they give you $10 off of your bond amount. So that's a good thing.. My mother was actually the one to contact them and they offered her a payment plan, that was very helpful to me. I had to call and make arrangements when I knew that I would not be able to pay on time and spoke with Joann. I felt that she treated me with compassion and fairness. However, I can't say the same about their other staff members. A couple of times when I went in to make a payment , I feel that I was treated badly. Which of course, I didn't appreciate because I think customer service should always at it's very best. read more

I've been pleased with the folks down at AA Best Bail Bonds except for one BAD Experience that I was rudely interrupted and then hung up on. It's like what marketing 101 teaches you, word of mouth: you tell 2 of your friends about a good experience and 11 strangers about your Bad Experience (and in this case, the Internet). Thanks guys! You know ive never really been in trouble and this bail bonds company is the shit. They have very affordable payment plans no matter how much your bond is. They dont bug you on a daily basis. You can call to check in once a week or go in to the office. They make sure you keep up with your court dates all that. This is the best bail bonds ever. I wanna say thank you to this company!!! I reccomend this place to everyone and anyone... Their number in San Antonio is 210-228-9999 They have a Dallas office as well that they work together with and man does the office in Dallas have one hell of an attorney that kicks ass on traffic tickets and the best thing you dont have to go to court they stand in for you. Found this place to be very professional and inviting . When u walk in you are welcomed by both either Jacki or Joseph who are very complementary by offering a cold beverage as well as a pack of matches since they are well aware that first thing u may want is a cigarette but unfortunately may have no lighter . dont ever ever ever use the location across from the jail . took 3 days to get my wife out plus i had to personally walk the bond over myself . and they didnt tell her of a courtdate coming up and she was arrested when she went to court . only reason i gave 1 star is cause you cant submit a review without posting somekind of rating . cause i wouldnt even give them a half a star if it was up to me read more

Recommended this place to my cousin yesterday and the idiot there that seems a pedo, disrespected the grandfather and the fat bald brown nose manager is no help.
