Fine Touch Painting is exactly the kind of contractor everyone hopes to find but rarely does…read more We were asking around for the best painting contractor on the Long Beach, WA peninsula and multiple locals pointed us to Fine Touch Painting. I called and spoke with John, who turned out to be the owner. He came highly recommended by many people in the area, and after meeting him in person, I immediately trusted him with our project. Within 24 hours, John came out to look at the job and provided a very competitive, detailed bid. His pricing was spot on and he never went over the agreed cost. For the quality of work delivered, his bid was by far the most cost‑efficient option we found. Fine Touch Painting exceeded our expectations in every way: They showed up every day on time. They coordinated seamlessly with other contractors on our project. Their quality, pricing, and scheduling actually outperformed a similar remodel a friend of ours did with a different contractor. The crew was consistently polite, professional, and kept the worksite clean from start to finish. John kept every promise he made, and it's clear he takes pride in both his craftsmanship and his reputation. I honestly wish I could find a contractor like John in my own hometown to handle all of my general contracting needs. I highly recommend Fine Touch Painting to anyone on the Long Beach peninsula looking for a trustworthy, professional, and high‑quality painting contractor.

Ray, the owner, arrived exactly as scheduled and demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and deep knowledge of his trade throughout our engagement. Ray took the time to clearly explain the necessary scope of work, walked me through relevant code requirements, and provided a detailed, itemized bid covering the repairs, replacements, and code compliance needed. He honored that bid in full -- there were no scope changes and no surprise charges added along the way. The finished work is exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of his craftsmanship, his integrity, and the outstanding final result. Ray was transparent at every stage of the project, and I valued his consistent timeliness, professionalism, and honesty. He is a respectful and highly respectable professional who arrived on time, ready to work, with no delays. He also maintained a clean, organized workspace throughout the job and left the site tidy upon completion. I highly recommend Ray and Brothers Wood Finishes for any building or repair needs. I will absolutely hire him again -- and after seeing the phenomenal siding work he completed on the new Maritime Museum in Astoria, I'll be calling him back to install siding on my own home as well.
