Disappointed with the Declining Quality…read more Ever since they opened a couple of years ago I have paid $24.95 a month for a Super Star Car Wash membership, but lately I'm questioning whether it's worth it. One of my biggest frustrations is the inconsistency. When I go early in the morning, there are often no towels available to dry the car. When I go during busy periods, the wash seems rushed, and my car comes out with water spots because it hasn't been dried properly. The vacuums are another problem. Many have noticeably lost suction, and some aren't working at all. What good is a car wash membership if you can't properly clean the inside of your car afterward? For $24.95 a month, I expect clean towels to be available, a decent wash that doesn't leave water spots, and vacuums that actually work. I've been using Super Star Car Wash, but the declining quality and lack of attention to basic details have me considering a return to Soapy Joe's. A monthly membership should offer convenience and value, not leave customers frustrated. I hope management addresses these issues before more customers decide to take their business elsewhere.

I am glad I tried this place; I have been coming here ever since. I get the $14 wash, and it does a good job. They also have two staff members hand-dry your car after the wash. The vacuums are strong, and the staff are not strict about time limits. Just be mindful of others if there is a line. Enjoy washing your car!

Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.
