When he purchased it, he obtained a survey from this company. Now that he's looking to sell his property, Efird Surveying is refusing to send him a digital copy of his survey that he paid for to him. The exact words from Larry Efird were, "Sorry but I can't send a Copy of the Survey. I have been in business here for 25 Years and I have seen what happens to my survey's. It gets used for a Cheaper Survey Cost by others and other things." Well, I've been in business for the last 25 years as a realtor and NEVER in my career has a surveying company refused to send a survey for the file. These people were rude, arrogant and unwilling to help. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional! You know what they say, BAD news travels fast!!!

Matt came…read moreto my home to measure and take notes on all doors needed for the project, sent the quote and we made a handful of adjustments, the quote was paid in full. Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.

They usually work with the public directly through appointment only, but I did not know that until I got there. But Russell welcomed me warmly and provided wonderful, detailed information. I never felt like I was an unexpected inconvenience. I was able to see samples and take brochures home and they made it easy for me to place an order over the phone.
