Best place we've ever stayed at in Flagler Beach. Immaculately clean, convenient to walk most everywhere. Across the street from the beach so no parking issues, private covered deck on the beach for hotel guests only. Pet friendly too! Rooms are always well appointed. Fridge, microwave and keurig included. The owners are warm and friendly, since Covid you now have to ask for house keeping. But they do knock and ask if you need soap, towels, TP or shampoo. I feel like the price is ABSOLUTELY worth what you get. We've stayed next door at the Topaz one time. It's a filthy dump. So for only $40-50 more a night, I'd rather have a beautiful clean fresh room with all the amenities I want. Mom always said, you get what you pay for! read more

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great . Close to everything and directly across from the beach . Private beach access and chairs set up on the beach . Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again . Rooms have coffee pot microwave and refrigerator. When I was 12 or 13, my mom, her best friend and I took a girls trip to Flagler's beach for a few days. When we pulled into the parking lot, I was dumbfounded. Surely this wasn't our hotel. There was no pool, no second story! But it was spotless and the owners were so sweet! Fast forward thirty years, my husband and I decided that we wanted to go to the beach. After much searching, he and I decided to visit Flagler Beach. The little hotel came up in my search that looked much like the hotel from my youth...and it is! Despite's it age, this is truly a super clean hotel! The place has been completely updated and remodeled. It looks great! There's still no pool or second story but it's been well loved and taken care of. Pictures do NOT do this place justice! I am very particular when staying away from home and this little gem is amazing! I will definitely stay here again! read more

Pulling in was not exactly what I was expecting but we were so pleasantly surprised!! The room was adorable and spotless and the perfect space. We were able to walk to everything and had private beach access which came in handy watching the sun come up. My dad and I have stayed here twice (two years apart) and loved it both times. The owners/managers were great, the patio is truly delightful, and the rooms are pleasant. You're right across from the beach too! I take away a star for really just one reason: both times we stayed the TV was in an awkward place in the room where only one bed could see it, and it's not a very big TV either. It made it really hard to watch something together in the room, which honestly is somewhat of an important thing when you're on vacation with your family and watch to watch a movie. Overall though, really great place I highly recommend! We also randomly met the housekeeper Shantay (sp?) who was truly delightful. So shout out to her because she regularly checked in with us and was a friendly face :) read more

Stayed for 5 nights Very clean, staff is available for cleaning or supplies they stop and check in daily. The lady that does the cleaning is wonderful and very helpful. Received a daily text from the owner to see if we needed anything. Covered deck for visiting (we have family that lives here so it was super nice to have a place to gather). Pet Friendly. King Suite with couch roomy, plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The kitchen has an induction hot plate, full-size frig, and microwave. The bed is nice clean and comfy for me, it is soft and I am good with that husband struggled he likes firm. TV with cable. Wifi for guests included. Security cameras are everywhere. The location is amazing sitting under the patio we watched bikes and classic cars cruize by with waves crashing in the background, the viewing deck across the road is great for wave watching without getting all sandy, great place for am coffee and pm glass of wine. Walking distance to several great restaurants, shops etc. Short drive to St Augustine, Daytona etc. Would definitely stay again. A couple of things I expected from the pictures but were not available, the beach access is no longer across the street it was taken out in the last hurricane, that being said there is one on the next block, easy walk. The fire pit is nonfunctioning would have been nice because several days were in the 60s and chilly. King suite is steps about 10 feet from the a1a so on the weekend the traffic was pretty noisy (we got here the last two days of bike week). I would assume if you chose any of the other rooms besides #10 or 11 it would be considerably quieter, it was definitely quieter the following week read more

This is in an amazing location without a doubt. However the price was a little high for the quality. It's been rainy so when we arrived it was very cold in there and unfortunately we were unable to get the heater to work and it blew cold air all night. We tried watching tv but the cable not the WiFi would work or connect. So we were just a little bummed to spend so much money on our vaca get away for a room in which nothing worked. We were lucky to get the coffee machine to work in the morning. Our experience was most definitely not worth $300 unfortunately. read more

Hotel is in a good location and very clean. The day you check in you receive a text explaining the lock box containing your room key. It's directly across the street from the beach which is nice. There is a large covered area with plenty of seating in order to relax. The problem with the motel is we were there from Friday to Sunday and never saw one employee. They do not come in and make up your beds, give you fresh towels or even empty the trash! Would be nice if they at least had a vending machine on site for sodas. We paid a total of $400.96 for two nights so we did expect more. read more

The owner, Viktoria, is the bomb! She is so nice and helpful! I booked the hotel besides hers(will definitely book with her in the future)! I was walking by trying to find a coffee place and she asked me if I needed help so I told her what I was doing and she offered me coffee! It was seriously the BEST coffee I have ever had! My son really loved his hot chocolate as well. Upon leaving I told her that we would for sure book with her in the future and then she gave us a tour of one of her rooms and her business card. She gave me some restaurant ideas and gave her honest opinion on them and told me to call her at anytime if I had any questions! I will most definitely be seeing her every morning for my cup of coffee! read more

Memorial Day weekend, stayed for two nights. The rooms were immaculate and very, very clean. The bed was comfortable enough and had a couple of chairs and a loveseat that were really uncomfortable to sit in, but we didn't spend much time in the room. We opted to spend most of our time outdoors sitting in the covered patio area and enjoying the ocean breeze, and of course, a short walk across A1A and you're at the beach. Checking in is odd. There is nobody at the motel office so you have to push a doorbell and it connects you via phone to Victoria located somewhere and she calls you back on your cell phone. She instructs you to look at your text messages for instructions on how to access your room. Odd, but it works. Amenities are not as advertised. Those pictures on their website showing deliciously brewed cups of coffee are just that, pictures. The one amenity I was really looking forward to was having a coffee shop on site. The coffee maker in the room (single-serve Kuerig) was broken and I ended up with 12 ounces of water on the floor. There is a microwave but good luck getting it to heat anything up. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store 8 blocks north on A1A that you can either walk or drive to for coffee, as that's really you're only choice. The room was out of toilet paper when we arrived so I suggest bringing your own toilet paper, trash bags, and shower gel. The soap they provide in the bathrooms is cheap and not something most people would use. There is a really nice gas fire pit area with room for seating 4 to 6 chairs. That's another amenity that we did not get to enjoy because there was no propane tank. There are no vending machines on-site so bring your own bottled water, soda, snacks, etc.- There is a Publix grocery store about 6 to 8 minutes away, and of course, there's 7-Eleven too. There is a single ice machine on-site near the motel office and was in working condition. It took a little while but I finally found the outdoor trash receptacle for guests to use. It's a 13-gallon plastic kitchen trash can strapped to a canopy post with a bungee cord. That's supposed to service guests for 11 rooms. There's a PTAC air conditioner in the room with a remote that puts out just enough cold air to take the edge off after stepping in from the heat but does a really lousy job of taking humidity out of the air. Suggestions for the owners. Put a ceiling fan in the room, or cheaper yet, a pedestal fan. The only benefit I see of staying here is the location and it is a very quiet and clean motel. It's about 10 blocks away from all the bars and restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed staying at the motel because of the location. However, whoever owns this place really needs to step up their game if they're going to charge $275 a night for a room and follow through with delivering the amenities they advertise. read more

Literally ust as we were about to put charcoal on the grill designated for guest use, the owner appropriated it to cook his steak on. He dragged it into the motels maintenance area/backlot, I guess in order to cook privately? After he was done, we were forced to cook our meat there as well, looking at the area where they store their "crap" rather than the ocean view we paid for, because since it had hot coals in it, it couldn't be moved. There was seldom anyone on premises. Communicating with the owner was difficult as he is from the Ukraine and his English is limited. I could go on, but I won't. read more

My Aunt and I decided to do a girls getaway and wanted to stay in, relax, and just enjoy the beach. We wanted a room with a full kitchen so we could avoid the headache of having to visit restaurants. The room we had offered what they said was a fully stocked kitchen. The fridge was full size, clean, and held all of the food we brought. Unfortunately the kitchen did not have utensils to cook. One spoon and a plastic cake cutter, a pot with a broken handle, and a few pans. The drawer with the forks and spoons was dirty and the sponge to was the dishes was also dirty. No kitchen towels or cloths were supplied for the kitchen either. The coffee pot was a Nespresso machine and we didn't have milk to enjoy it. The instructions were printed tiny and taped on the wall. If you've never used one of these and do not know the colors of the coffee pods your cup of coffee will be a surprise. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the furniture was new. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. There was a creepy empty closet in the bathroom, too. The view of the beach was nice and having the private area to sit across on the beach was pretty. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a "full kitchen" and the dirty stuff that was there. read more

What a great find. This place is clean, cozy and quaint. The rooms and property are spotless. Beds are cozy. The a/c units in the room work very well. Right across from the beach with there own private viewing deck. There are beach access stairs just to the North of the viewing deck. A great courtyard area to sit back and relax in the shade. Viktoria was very nice and helpful. We also met the housekeeper who was super sweet. Sadly we were only there for one night. We can't wait to return for a longer stay. read more

We had to stay here last minute, and called after 11:00 pm to book a room. It was the only place open, and we were willing to sleep on the floor if need be. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The place is immaculate. It has a funky artsy feel with pictures of 50's pin-up girls in the courtyard. The room was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Fav flagler hotel! We live about an hour away and come every year. Tried 3 hotels and this was best. Viktoria was super friendly and helpful. Check in so easy and all done by text. Room was nice and cool (important for beach in August!). Immaculately clean, walk right out to hotel deck and down to beach. Very easy. The Adirondacks under the large patio w fans and music was the perfect place to hang and have drinks and play games we brought after a day on the sand. Good casual restaurant right next door, and several others within 10 min walk. read more

Beware!!!!!!! if your considering booking a room at this hotel and have to cancel for any reasons, good luck getting a refund!!!! the owner will do everything in her power to cheat, lie and steel your $$$$$. and when you book months in advance they will change your card without written consent!!! why would anyone pay for a room more than two months before hand. its a scam! she's done it before and others had to call credit card company for a refund, like I had to DO. this is definitely not good for business. not to mention saw me calling to question why she had not refunded my card and avoided answering, via caller ID I had to use my husband cell phone to get ahold of her. once I did got nothing but lies and more run around. I called over a mouth before the resv, no excuse!!!!! read more

Absolutely charming motel. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Old school appearance on the outside and updated/modern renovated inside. Greats location and amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our room was impeccably clean and cozy. If you're in the area you should definitely make a point to book a room here. Highly recommended.
