Chris did a great job replacing the valve, updating some wiring and consolidating the older controllers on to a new one that works off of Wi-Fi. We tried to reach him via phone, text, and email for several months. To this day our backyard is a mud pit. At this point, we just want a refund of the significant deposit we paid him. Robert only recently responded about a month ago when I said I was writing an honest review of our horrendous experience. He offered no explanation for his disappearance only excuses. And no, we still have not received a refund as of January 26, 2026. We are out a big chunk of money. It's been a complete nightmare.
