He bought paint and materials for the repair, used up gas having to make 3 trips out here during the repair process, and his time! I did feel I needed to pay something, so I 'tipped' his helper. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. But, we had several neighbors mention to us that they were lovely and completely respectful in not wanting to bother other neighbors with additional noise or issues during the remodel. CAPPS Painting completed an exterior paint job of my home in October of 2022…read more I was very pleased. The black trim on the Facia board unfortunately developed some bubbling. The owner, Reed, checked on it and determined it was defective paint that he purchased from Sherwin Williams. The CAPPS painting crew repainted the entire Facia board. Looks terrific. Lucky for me, Reed CAPPS is honest. Not a whole lot of that going around these days. The crew is polite and cleaned up to my satisfaction, and I'm picky. CAPPS painting will be back in a few months to paint my Kitchen cabinets. Thank you, Reed.

It was way over due for an update. Reed and his crew stripped the paint off the cabinets and drawers. They did a lot of work on the cabinets that I wasn't even expecting them to do, things that I didn't know needed to be done. Reed and his crew are very professional and courteous and they have been very helpful in their advice and input. I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful new kitchen.

I first came to know AWA painting because they were repainting the facia of a house down the street…read morefrom me. I was walking my dog and stopped to watch them for a moment, since I was also in need of a full exterior paint job on my house. Unlike some paint crews, I noticed how clean and careful they were and the job looked great, and the crew was professional looking. I worry sometimes about crews with teenage looking kids with no experience, that's not the case here. That day I called them and the owner, Younis, came down to my house at the end of the day and gave me a quote. We have a stucco house, and Younis told me we would have to either prime before painting or use a higher quality paint that water proofs the stucco and seals it. I had already had 3 other notable painters in town come out and give me quotes and no one ever mentioned the challenge with stucco, sealing cracks, trenching below the dirt at the bottom, priming and painting any metal with oil based paint (we have a huge steel balcony). Younis, pointed out things that I wasn't even aware of. He looked at the job and emailed me a quote the next day after carefully evaluating the job. To my surprise, the quote was cheaper than the top dogs in town and he was using far superior paint products and doing way more than anyone else. We decided to go with AWA and told him we had to wait to get the paint approved by the HOA etc., he was extremely patient with us and once we confirmed, he started the job very quickly. I was surprised that, Younis, the owner, actually did the painting. He's not one of those spoiled contractors who leave a crew at your house who don't speak English. He was the main painter and checked with me every single day throughout the project. I am extremely picky and we made many small changes along the way. He never appeared bothered and just worked with me to make it happen the way I wanted. The price never changed. He even installed new lighting fixtures for us and really took pride in the project. We could not be happier with AWA Painting. I feel very lucky and don't think I would have had the same experience with any other painter. We plan to do more inside projects and will definitely use them.
