There is something really dodgy about this company. They advertise an incorrect address which only become apparent when you arrive. They refuse to give their correct address. Try ringing them yourself and they immediately try to take over the conversation not realising that you have arrived at the advertised address. If you push the matter, they will admit that the published address is incorrect and they refuse to reveal the correct address. All you get is "We have premises all over the UK." I wonder if any of them are correctly advertised. I know of two people who have had exactly the same experience. Their ridiculous excuse is that they are a collection and delivery service only. I had the same poor experience as stated by Malcolm in his review of this company. I just wish I had seen his review sooner. They provided a poor quality finish, still wet and poorly sanded as well as damaged my doors and then wouldn't offer any sort of refund. I really thought this low level of professionalism and quality was a thing of the past. I would advise that you look elsewhere. read more

I'm based near Oxford and I contacted this company to strip a door for me. BIG MISTAKE... They didn't pick up or deliver when they said they would. I paid extra to have the door sanded, but when it arrived back it was still soaking wet and there was still a significant amount of paint on the door. I removed this myself. When I contacted the company they wouldn't refund the money I had paid for the sanding. They would only offer to take the door back. I was very unhappy with their service and didn't want to give them the door, it was still very wet from the stripping. I tried calling them several times, but was given the run around with assurances that someone would call me back... they never did. I am still chasing for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
