The Premier Home Watch team took on the role, not as "another job" but as a "calling." They recognize the depth of their responsibility and act accordingly with consistent/thorough property inspections and high levels of communication. I trust them!

Recently, they identified a problem with our air conditioning that required two service visits to evaluate and repair. This is the first time we have had to deal with a significant issue while out of the area, so I was concerned about how this would work. It went very well - thanks to the involvement of Premiere Home Watch of Jupiter. Maureen & Joe made themselves available immediately on the day the issue was identified so the AC company could get into the house quickly to evaluate the problem. Once the part came in, they coordinated directly with the AC company to be there for the repair. They did an outstanding job for us and we are very grateful to have them as our home watch company.

We have always had friends stay with our animals if we left town but we were new to Florida and didn't really know anyone. We decided to hire RDW to come to the house 3 times a day to tend to the dogs needs and are so glad we did. We were very nervous leaving them by themselves but it turns out they were in great hands and did just fine without us. We were sent frequent updates along with pictures, it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. It's always a great sign when your dogs are 'Super Excited' to see their sitter. We have peace of mind knowing that Royal Dog Walking is just a phone call or text away. Thank You RDW!
