I have been to this urgent care twice. The office is clean and the employees at the front desk are…read morewelcoming and helpful. This is especially important in a place like this, where patients are likely to be feeling on edge and unwell. Both times I've been here, my wait time has been very reasonable. The medical assistant and doctor were both easy to talk to and I really appreciated the doctor's calm and knowledgeable demeanor. One of my visits was for a moderately embarrassing issue and the doctor and MA helped me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any sort of judgement from either of them. My concerns were addressed both times I visited this urgent care and my issues were resolved. This isn't the closest UC to my house at all (I don't even live in this city!), but if time allows, I would absolutely choose this office again. And they are open an hour later than many other urgent cares!

I tried to explain I had a sinus infection; he dismissed me. Dr Gill was super busy and didn't ask nearly as many questions, probably because the resident did the evaluation. He listened to my breathing because my O2 was low. Gave me meds for the restricted breathing; I should've been more vocal. Didn't really want to, but they gave me antibiotics on my 2nd visit a week later. Still wasn't feeling better after more than 3 weeks. Finally was able to get into my doctor and the wrong antibiotic was given for a sinus infection. Finally felt better within 24-48 hours. Their office was so busy. In my opinion, the resident struggled with English and didn't listen to me, so my concerns weren't communicated. They need to slow down, regardless of how busy they are.

Very good place to go and get treated quickly. Poor gal that works for the office is a MA but also…read moredoing front desk and doing most of the work in this place. She is great! NP I saw was good as well and happy I found this establishment. Came in to get checked as I had cold, headache, sore throat and felt icky. I did have flu vaccine and Covid booster 2 days before my issues started.

I was directed to this location after an awful experience at the Herndon location. Because they…read morerefused to take my Medi-Cal, I wanted to make sure that this location would take it. The receptionist took a look at my insurance card and assured me that they did take it. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that they wouldn't see me after all, because they weren't taking patients from the PCP on my card. Last I checked this was an urgent care, so the PCP on my card shouldn't matter. I left for a few minutes to pull myself together after this experience and the experience at the other office, on top of feeling generally awful. I returned a little while later and pressed the issue. They admitted to not knowing what code to use for the PCP listed on my card, and that's why they'd initially turned me away. They magically figured it out quickly and let me see a doctor. The person that took me back to take my temperature, blood pressure, and all that jazz did so as quickly as humanly possible, like she didn't want to be there. The doctor was kind, but spent only about 5 minutes with me. While I appreciate knowing what was wrong with me and getting some prescriptions to help me out, that's still a very short amount of time. Like they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I will only go back here if I'm extremely desperate, which I hope will never happen.

TLDR: Dr Kerr and the staff at this urgent care are 10/10 fantastic, they are amazing!!!!…read more Firstly, I was shocked to find an urgent care that had such a high rating. Most medical facilities struggle to keep good reviews because lack of staffing cause long wait times and quick interactions. Secondly, I was shocked that the urgent care wasn't extremely busy and that I was brought into the back within 15 minutes of my arrival. Thirdly, I was so so IMPRESSED with how kind, and just happy my doctor was. I don't meet too many doctors who really strike a cord with me, but DR.KERR was genuinely just such a nice doctor. I was seen for a kidney infection, I knew the symptoms, had experienced them a year before, after a quick urine test he agreed. He said he'd prescribe a tablet to take once a day for 10 days, if I experienced fever to go to the ER. I asked if he knew how fast the CVS right next door would possibly fill that prescription (dumb question-that isn't something most doctors are really going to know, but I have word vomit sometimes) and he said it could take anywhere from an hour to longer. He asked if I ever used them before and I said no. He then said he wanted to give me an antibiotic shot that would at least cover me for 24 hours in case they didn't get the prescription filled that night, which was AMAZING. He didn't have to do that at all. I am so thankful that he did, though. CVS didn't get the prescription filled until late. I went to bed in a lot of pain due to the kidney infection, but that shot did it's job and by this morning I am as good as new!!!!! I'm still going to grab my prescription after work today, because following the treatment plan all the way through is how it gets fixed and doesn't just flare back up in a couple days, but I cannot express how fantastic Dr. Kerr and really ALL of the staff was.

We are new to the area, have scheduled doctors appointments with a family doctor and a GYN next…read moremonth to establish care. So being without a GP or GYN I came to this location because I feel like I have a kidney infection. The lack of any kind of attempt at human connection in this office is astounding. There's no one to help you with check-in, you're immediately pointed to a QR code where you fill out all of the paperwork yourself. Once the receptionist has that, she points you to a machine IN THE WAITING ROOM to get your vitals. Everything from weight and temperature to blood pressure and oxygen numbers is done by one of those machines you generally see at Walmart that you sit and put your arm in. WTF? That machine prints out a paper that you give to the receptionist. Because I was there thinking I have a kidney infection, she handed me a urine specimen cup, and told me to go into the bathroom, again, in the waiting room. A basket in the waiting room for the collection of your investments already had someone else's specimen in it. With their information on it. I'm sorry but HIPAA who? I then sat back down until called back to go to a room. A nurse didn't come in the room to talk to me or anything. I sent to room 3 to wait. I sat in my room for half an hour, listening to the full exam of a kid in the room next to me because the walls are really thin, before a doctor come in to tell me that because I drink a lot of water, my urine was clear... dilute ... and that it could be an ovarian cyst or even appendicitis, she doesn't know what's causing the pain in my lower back, that I should go to the emergency room to get imagining done and they could tell me what's causing the pain in my back around my kidneys and the malaise. So not only did I just pay my co-pay, but I was also charged an extra fee for urinalysis, something I've never had done before in any doctors office in my life. I walked out feeling like I just wasted my money and my time. If you've got something really simple like a sinus infection, I feel like this would be a good option. But for anything else? No... and now to the ER I go. UPDATE: I noticed the rebuttal the manager of the office posted below, and no, they are not telling the truth. There was a name, first and last name on that cup of urine that was sitting in the bathroom when I went in. And the person who went in after me had to look at my cup that had my first and last name on it as well as the previous cup. I'm not going to let them sit here and gaslight me
