After 9 hours and two visits to SALON ELITE, I have very blond hair, orange dark black and blond leopard spots in my hair and two black streaks on each side of my temples with spotty blond sections halfway down the strand. I was told by the hairdresser Tanya how much it was going to cost HER to try and fix HER mistakes. She wouldn't even listen to me, only argued that it looked fine to her, and my only option was to dye my hair dark brown??? She didn't even apologize. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager Matt, and 5 days later he had the nerve to leave me a message saying I made HIS staff uncomfortable. They REFUSE to correct their mistakes. The worst customer service I have ever had. Matt, you should be ashamed for not even speaking to me, or taking the time to see for yourself what your staff did to my hair before refusing to help fix it. Shame on YOU!!! I will be taking pictures of my hair, posting everywhere, getting it corrected and taking you to court.

The poor lady sitting beside me had been waiting for over an hour and a half. The man working on my nails was rushing and did not do the best job on my nails because of that. Now, as a business owner I understand that some days are very busy and it's impossible to please everyone but it was frustrating to be told they were going to be a few minutes late and having to wait over an hour. My boyfriend was waiting for me outside the shop that whole time and with every 10 extra minutes I was feeling more and more stressed. Not the ideal relaxing experience I was hoping for. I might give them one last chance but if this happens again I will not be going back.

I booked myself in for a much-needed deluxe facial after reading the description on She's So Fine Esthetics' website. This cute little spa, which is tucked away in a building at the corner of Lasalle and Barrydowne, was clean and cozy and offers plenty of unique services. Marie-Daniele, my esthetician, was pleasant and professional throughout the visit, explaining exactly what my service would entail. She certainly has her technique down pat - I had a hard time getting up after 90 minutes of bliss! I would not hesitate to return to She's So Fine Esthetics and I definitely recommend giving them a try if you've not already done so. They have a number of great specials for February - check out their Facebook page for more info.
