Warning I definitely would not recommend Joanne or her husband . I agree with the reviews relating to JoAnne never returns my calls or texts. Joanne schedules installation and never shows up or bother to call me. Then when I finally got a hold of her she promises installation crew will positively be at my commercial building Monday. Have tried to get these guys out to do our gutters and soffits since June. Got a quote in April and scheduled for June since they were "backed up." They rescheduled our first appointment to have the work done because they overbooked, but we weren't available the date they tried to reschedule. Left voicemail and then we didn't hear from them and couldn't get ahold of them for months. Finally got them on the phone and rescheduled them a few weeks ago, called to confirm the day before, and then they were total no shows. No call or anything. The ablosute worst customer service! It started in March 2022 when they did work for two neighbors who gave me their number. I called to get a quote. Left a voice mail message with no response. 2nd call left VM and received a call back and set appointment. No call and no show for appointment. 3rd call received apology for now show and set second appointment. No call and no show. 4th call left VM and no response. 5th call VM and no response. 6th call VM and no reponse. on 5/6/22 sent eamil via their website and no response. read more

PLEASE!!!!!!!! Don't use these people!!!!!! I live in Sandpipers community in Lakeland, FL. I was given an estimate, hired them to do work, they came out and first, they told me they couldn't do the work because it wasn't what they expected! Then the workers told me that they could do it, they proceeded with the job, finished and collected their check. Unfortunately after they left and I checked more closely they had done an extremely sloppy job!!! the facia wood behind the gutters had been damaged. I called the office, they did finally send someone out and agreed that it needed to be fixed. I then tried to schedule for them to back and fix them right but no one showed on the scheduled date and when I called the reschedule no one will call me back!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! First off, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication, which turns out to be with the owner - her and her husband own the business she said. They told us they would be out on the 19th of this month to do the work, they didn't show up so I called, she said that they didn't have us down - even though she told me a couple weeks before that they had us down on the schedule. I asked how much they would charge to do the front of the house as well - she didn't get ahold of me for five days, and told me the price then. I contacted her on a Wednesday, and she didn't care to get back ahold of me until the following Monday. She told me they could be out on the 27th, which was fine with us. My wife and I talked about having them take down the gutters that the person who designed our house had put on when they bought the house, but the sale fell through. We wanted all of the gutters around the house to match, but if the price was too high to do the front, we would just leave them. I wanted to talk to the guys in person about the front gutters, because if they were going to put up gutters that were similar to the ones that were already up, I didn't want to pay the extra. They showed me a few spots where the current ones were leaking, so I told them to take them off and put up new ones that were better. A few minutes later, I remembered that our friends who own a house down the street had them put up gutters, and they painted the downspouts for them to match their house - so I asked the guy about it and he said they don't do that, but then said he would but that it would be $350. I told him our friends didn't pay extra, so why should we. He just kept saying that's what the cost would be. I called the owner and she said she would call them and call me right back. She called back and said that because they gave us $100 off the price of the gutters (they did that because of their lack of communication), they wouldn't paint our downspouts for free. I told them I would pay the extra $100 then and they could paint them. Nope, she said it would be $350 for the labor to paint them. She kept asking what I wanted to do. I told her why should we have to pay $350 to have them painted when you include it with everyone else. She then said that it was because they don't have the paint color. Well, I told her five times that we had the paint color that the builder left us. That wasn't good enough. This lady literally told us that because our house is blue and not a light gray or light colored house, that that is why it's $350. The color of the house shouldn't matter. Period. She asked if I wanted them to put up the gutters or not. I told her, you know what, no, forget it - I will call a different company who has better customer service. She said okay I'm sorry and we got off the phone. I remembered that they took down the gutters that were on the house before the came to do the work, so I called her back and asked if they would put them back up so that we don't have a house with no gutters on the front where we walk out the front door. We got back to our house from our morning walk, and found the gutters laying in the grass and they left the side of the roof all messed up and didn't fix it. All because they were mad. I called her to tell her about it, and they didn't answer. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We were going to pay them CASH for the job and this is how they treat customers. They don't show up when they say they will, they don't communicate in a timely fashion, they literally are there to make money and move on to the next house and not care about how they treat customers. read more

I scheduled a gutter installation with ( Joanne) for Monday @ 8:30-9am. I called Sun to confirm time and she text back the guys would be there 8:30 -9am. Monday at 9:20 nobody was here from A- Team and I text and asked if they were coming today. I didn't get a reply back until 10am saying the guys went to another job first and I will be next at around 1-2 pm. I text back id like to cancel. Very unreliable. read more

Got a quote and was a great price so made appointment for gutter installation. Told them it wasn't a hurry project but wanted to set something up for the future. They didn't show and didn't call. I emailed them about missing appointment. They apologized and set up another appointment. It rained, so I figured they wouldn't show, but no call or email. We set up yet another installation date and noone showed or called. If you're going to make an appointment for your business, make it convenient for you and the customer and stick to it or at least call or email.
