He was especially knowledgeable and strategic during the offer negotiations, and the clever way he structured our offer ultimately made the difference between winning and losing the house. His extensive experience building homes was another major advantage--he taught us a great deal and helped us distinguish genuine quality from potential problems during showings. Just as importantly, Brendan was thoughtful, steady, and responsive throughout, making a stressful and complicated process feel far more manageable. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

He completely embraces the role of an exclusive buyer's agent and our positive experience was absolutely the result of Paul's efforts across the board. Not only was he ultra responsive on every one of our messages/emails (he didn't need to be but that's how he seems to work), but his emails and follow-ups to the seller side were always on point and professional. You always get the feeling that he was truly looking out for your interests. That's essentially working in the spirit of the role of exclusive buyer agent. If you are purchasing a home, you want an exclusive buyer agent just like Paul. Talk to him for a few minutes and you will likely agree. The bonus is that he's also a highly decent human being.

He is an exclusive buyer agent, so we knew he had no ulterior motive in steering us towards certain listings. He was readily available and never made us feel like he had more important things to do than show us more houses. After we went to contract, he kept everything in track til closing. A great example of how much he cares about his clients: after we bought our house, Paul came over with his own tools, cut open some sheet rock, properly installed our dryer vent, and put it all back together. How many real estate agents will do that! And the most amazing thing is that all of his services cost us nothing since the sellers are responsible for any agents' fees! If you're in the market for buying a house, you should definitely give Paul a call!

In selling our home, with Scott's marketing plan, our home sold within a week on the market and achieved a great sale price. This was even over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, which was remarkable, and our purchase took place during the busy holiday period in December. No days off for Scott; he always answered our calls and questions no matter what day or time of day it was. Holidays, weekends, evenings--he always was there assisting our purchase and sale. Both settlements went very smoothly, and were a pleasure with his team. He is a true professional with 30+ years of experience in Main Line real estate. We couldn't be happier with the sale price we received for our home or the purchase price of our new home and the speed at which things were done. Thank you Scott and the entire Scott Furman Realty Group / Remax classic team. Truly the best on the Main Line. Dan and Wynne Dillon

Despite letting him know we would not be ready for a while, he spent time hearing our story and getting to know us a little. Fast forward several months and my wife found his business card and we asked him to be our buyer's agent. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Ryan not only found many houses that met our criteria but stayed in constant communication with us about trends and options. Most realtors probably do that but Ryan truly became a partner in our search. We always felt like he was our trusted advocate in all aspects of the search. As we looked at individual houses we discovered that Ryan's "favorite" room in every house was the basement and the stories it told about the quality and condition of the house. He spotted things I certainly would not have considered. Soon he got to know us so well that he could predict which houses we might like. After finding the right place and making a "Ryan advised" offer, he continued to help to get the seller to pay for fixes and repairs. And instead of holding the Fishtown BID accountable for not cleaning up their trash (which a business is entitled to do themselves if they have a legal streetery, which this is not because a valid food license is a prerequisite for one), he invited me to a neighborhood cleanup instead. Yes, that's right, he asked me to clean up after a business trashing our neighborhood and charging $42 for pies. This raises a pretty basic question about his judgment and integrity. Why would he silence someone for raising legitimate questions about whether a local business is following the same licensing rules everyone else is expected to follow? These licenses cost money and exist for a reason. If a business is operating without them while other businesses comply, that deserves scrutiny, not censorship. And if Christopher or his team at Keller Williams disagrees with the concept of businesses being required to operate with a license to serve food, they're welcome to explain why. The first thing I'd ask myself if I was looking for a realtor is if they'd give me any reason to suspect they would take shortcuts with paperwork and legal issues. Is this really who you want to trust to find your next dream home for you?
