I am tired of cutting my own hair and was looking for a good place to go from now on. The guy that shaved my head did a good job, he even boasted "I wish all my clients that came in just wanted to shave their heads" since it only took around 10 minutes. I asked if he could take the 2 passes left on my face to finish what I started and his response was "$10 to touch anything on your face" I tried to reason with him since he was literally holding the clippers needed to finish what I started and he would keep interrupting saying "$10 to touch anything on your face." I understand they are running a business and require to get paid for services they provide but seriously, it was 2 passes on one side of my face and would have taken 10 seconds. VERY displeased with how I was treated here. I was looking for a long term place to start going to get my head shaved and this WILL not be where I go. $15 to shave my head is absolutely fine, he even did a good job. BUT not being flexible at all to show a little empathy to a customer and spend an extra 10 seconds helping has lost me as a future customer... SO displeased... Also appears I was overcharged on my card, I will update if I am wrong but the charge showing on my bank statement is higher than what I was told. It made us very uncomfortable…read more Some of the stylists are not friendly but a red head cut my grandchild's hair and was she was very kind although he (grandson) was a wiggler. She had such an engaging personality, and seemed to be the only stylist in the shop that enjoyed her job and was friendly. The lady who I am assuming is the manager was making other stylists stop and recut. It made everyone uncomfortable and I could feel undercurrents in there. I am a people watcher and an ex business owner and found the business protocol poor as far as management. Clients should feel welcome and Celebrated rather than have to watch snapping. Not sure I'll be back. One nice person in the whole place.
