This company does not believe in customer satisfaction, nor are they ethical. In fact they are downright dishonest, unprofessional , and believe intimidation is a business practice. Debbie the owner did not inform my wife that all the granite was prefab slabs. so when the measurements came they insisted that we change our dimensions in order to fit the slabs they purchased. They did not want to do an undercount sink, the said it was not practical, would promote mold, and was labor intensive. then we wanted radius that was not fitting the prefab slabs, and that would be an extra $800.00, not to mention our island would have to be reduced in width to fit their prefab slabs. My wife called and told them it would not work out and that we wanted our money back. That is when Debbie started in with the name calling. We were " Liars, dishonest people, crazy need to take our medication:", on and on with the onslaught. We could not get a word in edge wise, she interrupted ,and dominated the conversation, yelling and screaming in the phone. I decided to go there and attempt to reason with Debbie, however she started in on me , accusing me of pounding on her door, and if I didn't lower my voice I would be escorted. She then ranted about my wife repeating the name calling and suggestion of medication. I tried to talk to her , so we could work something out, but she wouldn't agree to anything. as almost all granite companies have closed in Grants Pass it is nice to have A+ Superior for options of pre-fab at really good prices.The installer they use most (Rock Hard Granite) had the best prices I found. A+ gave me the option of chosing who i wanted to use. We ordered two granite bowl sinks from them. They ordered them from their supplier and it had been at least 4 weeks before we were ready for the bowls to be installed. Upon installation, we could clearly see that the bowls were not the same (they were installed in the same bathroom on the same vanity). A+ Superior had them for 4 weeks and never checked that they were two like bowls. When my husband called the store, the conversation got heated and the owner physically threatened my husband. A+ Superior Granite installed new Granite countertops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I am very pleased. The granite is beautiful and and the installers were professional and courteous. I ordered a new kitchen stove and after it was delivered, it wouldn't fit. I called Debbie at Superior granite and she sent out two installers to see if granite needed to be ground down in order for the stove to fit.
