Most professional med taxi i have ever had the displeasure of using. This happened three times. I called a week prior to schedule a medical procedure. I called the day before to confirm Seemed normal. Everytime Mustafa (real name) called and without a shred of dignity told me the driver called in sick. These guys will get you to a group trip fir methadone from Jamestown but not to a cortisone shot. STAY AWAY!! read more

This company is a damn joke!! They left my mom stranded once in Buffalo mind you. Then they cancel my mom's medical transportation and didn't notify anyone. Don't use them. The dispatcher has no regards for the patients and she is the reason my mom was stuck in Buffalo. They are absolutely horrible. Oh and then they charge medicaid when they don't pick you up. They pull this where they don't show up to pick you up and they still charge medicaid for the ride fair read more

This particular company it's by far a non reliable company to deal with on Monday June 15th 2026 with out any type of professional ethics instead of complying to verify the safety and urgency of my wife since she had a appointment with Mental health since she was suffering a difficult circumstances and needed to be taken for counseling she requires assistance for her mobility due to a double amputation they refuse to accommodate her because while she is able to take couple steps to seat in the vehicle her wheelchair must be transported along they declined to take her to meet her therapist because they were not going to get paid for putting her wheelchair in the back of the vehicle so they could care less if she was suicidal thank God I was able to comfort her before I ended up going to a different medical appointment for myself and with a real amazing company as it's True transportation who I wish to mention that if anyone ever needs to be treated with a real high level of human decency and integrity True transportation is the place that you all should use for yourself and for your love one's to insure safety comfort and very professional drivers Astella Medical Transportation is a very incompetent company desperate to make a quick dollar but they are not trustworthy as well as the dispatcher is very rude inconsiderate imbecile that had the nerve to treat my wife like garbage when she wanted to speak to someone in regards to her nasty experience but since it was not enough that they put her well-being in danger the dispatcher had to be a low life incompetent Donkey read more

Don't waste your time with this company, which is based out of Niagara Falls, NY! They called me fifteen minutes before my scheduled pick up, to let me know they were an hour and a half behind schedule. I hope the doctor I was supposed to see, does not drop me as a patient. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

drivers are late and speed on top of slam on the breaks not knowing if anyone's pregnant or not

This transportation company doesn't care about the client. They can be late, early or no show and the company could care less. There safety record is awful, they let there drivers wreck someone elses car and they don't pay for damages. They just don't care. You are better off walking. They have no care about you at all. It is all about the money they can put in there pocket. Shady business don't play the same rules do what they want. read more

I had a doc appointment scheduled for 9am the driver never showed up till 9:20am. The car was very dirty and the driver never stopped talking. For my return trip I had to Waite 3 hours, and with that there was another passenger in the care that smelled of weed, which end up causing me respitory distress and having to use my respitory inhaler. I called the office and was told "I'm sorry were really busy". I WOULD NEVER recommend this company. read more

I had a patient waiting for 2 hours to be picked up and their ride still hasn't showed up. Their staff wont answer the phone either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ride was scheduled for 2pm, it is not 4:14 and no one has come to pick up my patient. Trying to call to find out what's going on and they forward you to voicemail. If at all possible, choose a different transportation company. read more
