I called the day before to confirm Seemed normal. Everytime Mustafa (real name) called and without a shred of dignity told me the driver called in sick. This transportation company doesn't care about the client. They can be late, early or no show and the company could care less. There safety record is awful, they let there drivers wreck someone elses car and they don't pay for damages. They just don't care. You are better off walking. They have no care about you at all. I had a doc appointment scheduled for 9am the driver never showed up till 9:20am. The car was very dirty and the driver never stopped talking. For my return trip I had to Waite 3 hours, and with that there was another passenger in the care that smelled of weed, which end up causing me respitory distress and having to use my respitory inhaler. I called the office and was told "I'm sorry were really busy". I WOULD NEVER recommend this company. read more

I had a patient waiting for 2 hours to be picked up and their ride still hasn't showed up. Their staff wont answer the phone either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ride was scheduled for 2pm, it is not 4:14 and no one has come to pick up my patient. Trying to call to find out what's going on and they forward you to voicemail. If at all possible, choose a different transportation company. read more
