Her spray tan was incredible. My skin was glowing, natural-looking, and not the slightest bit orange. No streaks, no weird smell--just a flawless, sun-kissed glow that made me feel amazing on my big day. Kristy's studio is super cute, and she made me feel very comfortable. She's easy to communicate with and truly great at what she does. I honestly wish I lived closer because I was obsessed with how my tan turned out! If you're thinking about booking Kristy--do it. Ah. My first spray tan. I'm old school and always did my winter tan/vitamin D fix in the "high…read morepressure" beds. Lovely tan but as I travel the road forward from youth, I appreciate more and more the options to save my collagen and my skin. Plus my wedding was coming up and really, who has the time to tan in October? Especially when putting together the chic-est little beach wedding possible in five weeks. And thanks to my final vendors, which were SPECTACULAR, it turned out to be the best wedding ever (please see my other reviews for the whole rundown). Paradise Airbrush Tanning was one of the reasons that my wedding was so wonderful. Okay, so Taryn with Paradise Spray Tans! Again, my very first spray tan. I was nervous to do this, for the first time, right before my wedding. But listen, it was a beach wedding, I was losing my summer glow and after lots of research I wanted to go for it and I chose Taryn and her company, Paradise Airbrush Tanning. I chose Taryn because of her detailed knowledge, in fact her very specialized knowledge, of spray tanning. The "organic" aspect of it, the shade, the after care, the prep you can and should do on your own etc. This is no joke people. If you are counting on your spray tan artist for anything serious, TV shows, photo shoots, dancing, getting married etc., you absolutely must have the best with zero mistakes and no BS. That means absolute professionalism, everything from your spray tan artist being on time, knowing what they are doing and using the right products to make you look good, golden, natural and beautiful. I am not a bodybuilder or a dancer, far from it, but Taryn did all these things for me and more. I was uneasy because I am kind of a big gal right now, but Taryn set me at ease straight away. "No body shaming" she said, "and don't worry, I see lots of people and lots of bodies, and it's always beautiful!" We did my tan in my dining room, she set up easily and I stepped into her little booth and she did her magic. Prior to this we talked about my skin, the products I use, what to do prior to her coming to prepare and what to do after she left to extend my tan and keep my skin hydrated, and of course, what not to do. My skin was beautiful. I had wanted a medium glowing tan and she was spot on. She understood my skin tones perfectly and made a custom blend It was not too dark, it was golden and it was so natural looking. I'm hooked now! Thank you Taryn! : )

Turns out, the specialist hadn't told me anything about how to care for or preserve my tan. Bella is the complete opposite. She's an absolute professional--efficient, fast, and thorough about explaining exactly what you need to do to make your tan last. She's also warm and personable, and makes the whole experience very comfortable. I'm so glad I went for the four-month summer membership. My skin has become more sensitive to the sun, so I'm pretty pale these days and had gotten away from wearing summer dresses and shorts. Now, whenever I feel like putting on a dress or shorts, I'm ready! I'm really happy with Bella's work. The color looks completely natural, and that healthy glow just makes me feel good. Five stars. Highly recommend Bella!
