Only would give to who requested it, even though I was the one who paid for it. Over the phone there was much attitude, a hard person to work with when she is only on her page her level her terms. She blew things out of proportion. After tense conversation just trying to set an appointment for the assessment, you come in to her assessing you. This is not at all a very comfortable setting and seems the results can easily be biases. All her questions are yes and no or black and white. They do not offer disability accommodations, which confuses things even more. She also explained that people who drink usually have been sexually abused. So to the "Me Too" movement she just explained how you all are alcoholics! Very disappointed in this "claim to help a person" counseling, when judging and making things difficult for one person is their game. At the end of this experience it was a black women treating another black women unworthy, cause she felt she had the power to do so. If you're ever asked or requested to have an assessment done I would strongly encourage you to find somewhere else to go. They take your money and don't tell you what the assessment came up with an attitude Stay away if you're the sensitive type. Also google search comes up with different address then what google maps takes you. Bout .5 mile further.

Called her, was told we would hear back that evening or tomorrow. Tomorrow came & no call. Called her the next day, was told we would hear back that evening. Still nothing. So, if you can go else where, go! Idk who they can help with this sort of "counseling" service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I can't recommend Kara highly enough!…read more Almost on a whim, I contacted Kara because a friend of a friend recommended her. I was curious about the services she offered and how they might enhance my generally-going-great life. I admit that some of the techniques and methodologies she described to me felt a little "out there," but I decided to set aside my skepticism to see where the journey led me. Did I understand when she explained frequencies or energy work? No, but she has the right combination of professionalism and warm personality to make me trust her. During the energy work, my eyes were covered as music played in the background. Although I don't know exactly or completely understand what Kara was doing, I know it affected me. Once I felt a weight on my chest. Another time my hands buzzed and ached. Sometimes my feet tingled. It's difficult to describe exactly what was happening, but afterwards I always felt both relaxed and refreshed. We spent a couple of sessions prepping me--emotionally and physically--for an immersive experience that was spiritual for me. Even more important, we spent several sessions after that integrating and examining the experience. I was surprised what I learned about myself during the entire process, and what I learned that I needed to do to continue to improve my "generally-going-great" life. Kara is insightful, thoughtful, patient, and kind. She guided this 69-year-old to try something new and enriching, and for that, I'm extremely grateful.
