When I reached out to him to make it right, he called me "completely unreasonable" for expecting him to redo the job. Apparently expecting a service to last even half as long as promised is too much. After I told him I planned to leave a Yelp review detailing his poor customer service, he suddenly offered to come out and wash the porch, claiming the fading was just pollen buildup. I agreed to let him try - against my better judgment. Mark canceled the first appointment due to "equipment issue". Then he canceled the second time because it was raining, even though the rain has stopped well before the 1:30 pm appointment and my porch is 90% covered. Finally, instead of following through he canceled altogether saying he just "didn't want to work with me". The reality is he didn't want to stand by his work. Unprofessional, unreliable and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and find someone who takes pride in what they do. If I could, I would give him 0 stars.

The service far exceeded my expectations. Shannon came out and when he was finished, my house looked brand new. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, even the tops of the eaves.
