On arriving I was told that another appointment as they needed to do a diagnostic? I queried this and they said as they weren't a Genius Bar they did things differently. They need to send the IPhone off for a diagnostic test at a charge of £39. I guess not Western Computers fault but they are listed on the Apple Website as an alternative to the Genius Bar and I booked the appointment through the Apple site as the store in Bristol had no appointments. My annoyance was there is no mention when booking that they can't deal with things on site and they make a charge for something I can get for free at an Apple Store. A wasted journey.

One very burnt out component was removed and after a quick flick through the yellow pages he called into these guys to see if they could help. The man behind the counter took a quick look and managed to locate a used one and said try this for free. It will either work or if it doesn't its going to be £60.00 for a new one and if needed I can get it in a couple of days. It worked so result. We have used them for a couple of things not just for washing machines since then and the service has always been as good as the first time so this place is highly recommended.

Was really expecting to be advised to purchase a new model. My machine was repaired & serviced within a week at a price much lower than expected. My machine is as good as the day I purchased it. So lovely in this throw away age to receive such an excellent service by a real gentleman.
