While serving the fajitas they were giving guests one to two little strips of meat. I rented chairs and was told they had run out of them but they did bring what they could find. What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred. The only time I cried during my entire engagement/wedding was dealing with this crew. I waited a week to write the coordinator Shirley and CC'd what appeared to be the owner on Linked In. I wanted to give the the information with little emotion and a better perspective before I wrote. To date, they have not responded at all.
